Our Process

Choose our focus

We discuss the areas of your life that your having trouble with and what you would like some help with, we also use evidence based screeners to help us find any barriers for you and establish some baseline measures so we can measure progress.

Set goals

Together, we outline a path forward that’s realistic, strategic, and tailored to your specific goals.

Implement interventions

We use a variety of evidence based interventions to help you increase your skills and make progress towards your goals. We stay flexible and responsive throughout our sessions to make sure the process fits your functioning and where you are at.

Review

We conduct a check in to see how your feeling and going with progressing towards your goals, life is unpredictable and we can re-evaluate what is important and how far you have come!
